About Us

Hi, I’m Alexa — and I started Nurture & Strength because as a mother and wellness professional, I know firsthand how powerful - and sometimes overwhelming - the journey through pregnancy and postpartum can be. My passion is helping women feel strong, confident, and supported during this transformative season of life.

Your body changes, your confidence shifts, and sometimes it’s hard to feel like yourself. I’ve been there, and that’s why I’m passionate about creating a safe space where moms can feel strong, capable, and cared for.

My approach is rooted in two things: nurture and strength. I believe every woman deserves compassionate care while also being empowered to feel capable and resilient. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early postpartum recovery, or finding your way back to exercise after becoming a mom, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Through personalized pre- and postnatal exercise training, I help women move with confidence, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach is gentle yet empowering — always honoring where you are in your journey, while guiding you toward where you want to be.

I’m trained in pre- and postnatal fitness and currently working toward becoming a Doula, so I can continue offering even deeper support to mothers through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying nature walks with my dogs, or researching how I can further educate myself and bring more to helping you!
